Dealthy hallows

Going counter clock wise form the top left hand corner: Dumbledore with his broken nose at his sister's funeral (Aberforth just punched him),
Young tom riddle at the orphanage,
Snape reading Lily's letter at grimmauld place,
Draco Malfoy having second thoughts about being a death eater,
Harry Potter who just opened the golden snitch to find the resurrection stone inside,
Luna Lovegood closing a dead Dobby's eyes at the shell cottage under a starry night sky...

THe middle is a depiction of death which hides the truth about the Hallows and the three symbols are on the skull because they all revolve around the theme of death.

These are some of the most dramatic and climactic moments in the book, and I loved them all. I especially felt sad for Dobby, (spoiler) who died with eyes filled with the reflections of the stars which they could not see (I can't remember the exact line). That was a particularly beautiful description.
